Tile

Why homeowners choose tile

The classic Miami look

Flat and barrel tile.

HOA-approved

Many HOAs require tile. We work within the rules.

Fix one tile at a time

A cracked tile can be swapped on its own.

Inside your roof

Under the tile

The underlayment keeps water out. It usually wears out before the tile.

Questions

Tile roofing questions

Can you replace just a few broken tiles?

Yes, if the rest of the roof is sound.

My tile roof leaks but the tiles look fine. Why?

The underlayment under the tile is usually worn out. Fixing it means lifting the tile or reroofing.

Tile or metal?

Both are good. Where you have a choice, we recommend metal: less upkeep, and priced close to tile. Compare them.

Do I need HOA approval?

Usually, yes. Many HOAs list approved tile profiles and colors.
